The Villa
The holiday accommodation, furnished in simple country
style, has the following rooms...
- Kitchen/Dining Room - Modern fitted units with electric hob, oven, cooker hood, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and electric water heater. The dining area has a table with six dining chairs.
- Living Area - Nicely furnished with a comfortable six-seater corner settee. A beautiful log burning stove will keep you toastie warm in the winter evenings.
- Master Bedroom - Double bed with quilt and pillows, bedside tables and matching lamps. Large fitted wardrobes with internal storage and dressing table.
- Ensuite - Shower cubicle, basin with mirror over, toilet and bidet. Matching towel rails with plenty of towels.
- Bedroom 2 - Double bed with quilt and pillows, bedside tables and matching lamps. Large fitted wardrobes with internal storage and dressing table.
- Bedroom 3 - Twin beds with quilts and pillows, bedside table and lamp. Large fitted wardrobes with internal storage and dressing table.
- Bathroom - Fully fitted with bath, basin and toilet. There is a shower over the bath. Matching towel rails with plenty of towels.
- Open Terrace and Covered Area - Superb large covered and uncovered area with outside light and fan. Patio furniture and sunbeds are provided. Fantastic views to mountains in all directions.
- Garden - Huge, level (2500sq.m) plot which has been gravelled like most Spanish villas. Fantastic views to mountains in all directions.

Electricity, Heating and Water
All electricity is provided in the price.There are electric radiators and a wood burning stove for those chilly winter evenings. The water is provided via an electric water heater with a timer switch.
Smoking
We request that guests do not smoke on the premises.
